For centuries, the symbol of Polish nature, the European Bison, has stood guard over the ancient Białowieża Forest. You can't pass him by indifferently. The dignified and majestic King of the Forest always commands respect among other species. When chaos creeps into his kingdom, he reminds us how important the power of peace is. At the end of the day, when a well-deserved moment of respite comes, everyone wants to have Żubr by their side. You don't have to look far: just look around the area to find it just around the corner. Żubr is always reliable - its unchanging character is taken care of by Browar Dojlidy, the showcase of Podlasie brewing. It is worth waiting until the Żubr cools down a bit – the ideal temperature is 4-6 degrees Celsius. Żubr beer contains 6% alcohol.
Tyskie Browary Książęce has been an important part of Silesian history for almost 400 years. It is a pearl of the region's architecture, and at the same time a modern brewery. This is where the heart of Tyskie beats. Beer has been brewed here continuously since 1629, which means that it is one of the oldest breweries in Poland. Tyskie Browary Książęce was established on the initiative of the Promnitz family, and its heyday falls on the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The owner of the brewery was a visionary, Prince Jan Henryk XI Hochberg. For centuries, the brewery had a significant influence on the local community - many residents of Tychy and the surrounding area found employment there, and in 1893, a railway line was even built: Browar Tyski - railway station. In 1950, a Brewery Technical School was opened near the brewery. Today, the brewery stretches along both sides of Mikołowska Street in Tychy. The historic part of the brewery is under the care of a conservator of monuments, and right next to it is a modern bottling plant and distribution center.
