Pueblo's Modernipa is an India Pale Ale style beer, the style that the English adapted to bring their Pale Ale to India. Modernipa supports Angata, who through African art raise funds for the creation of wells in Africa.
Pueblo's Solid Square Modernipa is an IPA style beer. Slightly toasted copper color, medium carbonation and fine bubbles. Herbal and tropical aromas stand out on the nose. In the mouth the bitterness is high and well balanced with the sweet contrast of the malts Pairings The IPA is one of the most fashionable styles and its strong flavor makes it easy to pair. Blue or cured cheeses. Barbecued ribs. Aioli potatoes. Fish or smoked meat.
The Vamos a Beer project was born from a group of people with restless souls, who never managed to find a way to travel that suited them. They were looking for a chaotic experience within order, economical without giving up certain luxuries, enjoying both day and night, nature and the city, and, above all, exploring every corner to leave nothing undiscovered. For them, one of the most important parts of their Vamos a Beer trips is, without a doubt, the beer. Without neglecting gastronomy, their trips are highly caloric, but are very well compensated with a traveling intensity that leads them to return fitter than they left. Their trips require, at least, walking 25 km, making at least 5 stops to taste local dishes and beers, and, at most, resting 8 hours a day.
