West Coast IPA of orange color and medium body. Citrus aromas with hints and spicy notes. Intense stone fruit flavors with citrus notes, balancing a mild but intense bitterness.
Bidassoa Basque Brewery was born from the concern of master brewer Carlos Arrecubieta, PhD in Microbiology and with extensive experience in the world of scientific research between Madrid, Manchester and New York, where he became interested in craft brewing. After a period of collaboration with Captain Lawrence Brewing Co. (NY), he decided to create a craft brewery and work on one of his great passions. In Bidassoa Basque Brewery we started production in the fall of 2014. Since then we are constantly growing, incorporating new beers to our range of products, divided into different lines.
