The Bidassoa Basque Brewery was born from the interest of master brewer Carlos Arrecubieta, with a PhD in Microbiology and a vast experience in the world of scientific research between Madrid, Manchester and New York, where he became interested in craft brewing. After a period of collaboration with Captain Lawrence Brewing Co. (NY), he decided to create a craft brewery and to work in one of his great interests. In Bidassoa Basque Brewery we started production in the summer of 2014. Since then, we have been growing constantly, incorporating new beers to our range of products, divided into different lines.
