Solid Square Rai Srcum is a Scottish Ale style beer with rye and Kviek aromatic yeasts. Amber in color, it is a very light beer with a malty flavor. Herbal aromas appear on the nose along with the malts. In the mouth the rye predominates along with the other malts and a slight touch of wood and caramel. Pairings Its flavor makes it very versatile but we can recommend: Pate or French Canard Fried egg seasoned with bell pepper salt is Ezpeleta The burger of our dear Sant Patrick Alcobendas or any of their dishes, from the knuckle to their cachopos.
