Solid Square Mangurrián is a Hazy IPA style beer and easy to drink, with 7 malts and 4 different cereals, plus lots of mango. Peach colored, it is a very cloudy beer with low carbonation. The nose is dominated by mango aromas with a touch of citrus and coconut. In the mouth it is a beer in which alcohol is not appreciated, medium-high bitterness, with a lot of mango flavor and a bit acidic. Pairing We recommend drinking it with typical Canarian dishes such as: Papas arrugás con mojo With a good almogrote or majorero cheese Morena or fried snapper
The Vamos a Beer project was born from a group of people with restless souls, who never managed to find a way to travel that suited them. They were looking for a chaotic experience within order, economical without giving up certain luxuries, enjoying both day and night, nature and the city, and, above all, exploring every corner to leave nothing undiscovered. For them, one of the most important parts of their Vamos a Beer trips is, without a doubt, the beer. Without neglecting gastronomy, their trips are highly caloric, but are very well compensated with a traveling intensity that leads them to return fitter than they left. Their trips require, at least, walking 25 km, making at least 5 stops to taste local dishes and beers, and, at most, resting 8 hours a day. Much of the information they share is not checked with reliable sources.
