The first bottling of Baltika #9 Strong took place in 1998. Beer lovers immediately appreciated the novelty. In 2005, the brand radically changed its exterior and soon after Baltika Breweries began to package it in a convenient PET container that quickly became popular among consumers. At the same time, the popular name "Devyatka" (meaning "Nine") became the official name and is now used on the label.
With approximately 9,500 employees, Baltika is one of Russia's largest consumer goods companies. Baltika products are also exported to more than 79 countries around the world. Throughout its history, our company has been developing, dynamically buying breweries, building new ones from scratch and actively expanding the network of sales departments.
