Authentic madness of IMPERIAL STOUT with Tonka Bean carefully selected from a trusted supplier (Sally Pepper, Madrid). Delicious seeds give it a characteristic spicy aroma and flavor reminiscent of almonds, cinnamon and nutmeg. We hydrated the seeds with our favorite Scotch whisky (Laphroaig 10 year old single malt) combined with 8 varieties of malts and muscovado sugar. Surprising drinkability despite its high voltage (11.5% abv.) with months of aging that finally sees the light for a lucky few as it is a "Micro batch" of only 730 bottles of 33cl.
