Tilenus Vendimia is a red wine from the Bierzo region (Spain), made from 100% Mencía. The vines grow in clay-limestone soils, at an altitude of between 500 and 700 meters, with vines between 20 and 40 years old. Mora's Fine wine and Spirits +4 Vinissimus +4 Bine & Vine +4
Sensory Profile
Color: Ruby red with violet hues. Vinissimus +2 Bine & Vine +2 Aroma: Wide aromatic range with wild red fruits - raspberry, strawberry, cherry - and delicate floral notes. Production and aging
The grapes are harvested by hand in 15 kg crates, carefully selected and fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures. The wine is then lightly pressed and rests in the bottle before release.
Considered the area with the highest concentration of old vineyards in the world, is located in northwestern Spain, with vineyards on hillsides, altitudes between 400 and 900 mtrs, surrounded by mountains, with a wealth and diversity of soils, is drawn as a puzzle, where the pieces that fit have their own identity, and such is its richness and uniqueness that is one of the pioneers in raising the PARAJES to proper names
