The most special thing about Pincerna Albarín, besides its pleasant freshness and remarkable acidity, is its aroma, a mixture of floral aromatic compounds (elderflower, acacia), and fruity compounds (tropical fruit, passion fruit, mango, pineapple), mixed with some citrus compounds (grapefruit, lemon). As our winemaker once commented during a tasting, drinking a glass of Pincerna Albarín is "like holding in your hand a fruit that smells like flowers". The white Pincerna is a wine made on lees for 2-3 months. Perhaps its aromatic fraction has been responsible for the awards won in national and international competitions, such as a Silver in the 2019 Top Wine competition, and another Silver in the Vinduero Vindouro Awards. Tasting notes: Pale yellow color, clean and bright. The nose has a broad register of tropical fruits, pineapple, mango, with citrus hints of orange blossom. Smooth and persistent on the palate. Soft bitterness, very fresh and long.
