The winery began its journey in **1879 in Cacabelos** and, from its early days, it stood out as an innovative and dynamic company, becoming one of the great references in the beverage sector in Spain. At the beginning of the 20th century it developed the formula for **Vermouth Guerra**, a product that remained on the market until the 1960s and has now been recovered as part of its historical legacy. The vermouth is made from the winery's own wine, subsequently fortified and enriched with a careful selection of herbs and spices, through macerations and hydroalcoholic solutions obtained by distillation. The process is completed with the addition of grape must, which provides the necessary sweetness to transform it into a semi-sweet, balanced and aromatic beverage. It is recommended to be served chilled, accompanied by a slice of orange. In addition, given the cocktail tradition linked to vermouth, the winery offers a space for recipes and oenological proposals where you can discover cocktails with vermouth as the main ingredient.
