Since April 2008, the premium Baltika varieties (Baltika #6 Porter and Baltika #8 Wheat) have been united in the Baltika Selected series. Baltika Selected is a new image combined with original but familiar content and unchanging quality. Brewed with high quality added ingredients and a spicy taste, these varieties are meant for leisurely drinking in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The traditional Baltika #6 Porter is brewed according to old English recipes with elite hops and special yeast. The characteristic features of Baltika #8 wheat are a thick, dense head, a mild fruity aroma with spicy undertones and a slight sweetness.
With approximately 9,500 employees, Baltika is one of Russia's largest consumer goods companies. Baltika products are also exported to more than 79 countries around the world. Throughout its history, our company has been developing, dynamically buying breweries, building new ones from scratch and actively expanding the network of sales departments. Let's take a look at some of our brewery's key milestones.
