la Brasserie de l'Abbaye des Rocs is the first microbrewery in Belgium. Founded in 1979 by Jean Pierre Eloir, the brewery is a family business acquired in 1991 by Nathalie Eloir and her partner Georges Levecq. Today the brewery produces almost 2000 hl of pure malt beer every year!
