Some of us brewers are still shoveling and patiently turning grain must into beer. During that time we started filling barrels with impossible wild wings with the firm intention of forgetting about them and letting time do its job. After more than two years, the first results appeared. We already have our own Oblivion. We forget to remember that we are more alive than ever, full of energy and drive.

DRIVEN BY A PASSION FOR EXPERIMENTATION... Driven by their love of beer, the founders began brewing their first experimental batches in a humble home kitchen years ago. While the first attempts were far from perfect, persistence transformed disasters into beers that were not only drinkable but increasingly enjoyable.
WHEN THE BEER BEGAN TO SHINE.... As their creations began to resemble real ale, friends started showing up, "coincidentally," just in time for tastings. This growing enthusiasm meant increasing production. The beer, affectionately nicknamed "pirate," gained popularity and the decision became clear: La Pirata was ready to leave its subway origins and sail out into the world.
