Biziclista is a Radler beer, which in German means cyclist and is a combination of beer and natural lemon juice.
Biziclista supports Gonzalo, a paracyclist who breaks barriers and inspires us all. Solid Square Biziclista is a radler style beer. Lemon yellow color, fine bubbles and high carbonation. The nose is lemony. In the mouth it is a smooth beer, without an excess of acidity and a sweet touch. Pairings Its smooth and refreshing taste makes it very easy to combine, but we will do it with food from the Balearic Islands. A Mahón cheese sandwich with sobrasada. Raores. Lobster stew. Brut rice.
The Vamos a Beer project was born from a group of people with restless souls, who never managed to find a way to travel that suited them. They were looking for a chaotic experience within order, economical without giving up certain luxuries, enjoying both day and night, nature and the city, and, above all, exploring every corner to leave nothing undiscovered. For them, one of the most important parts of their Vamos a Beer trips is, without a doubt, the beer. Without neglecting gastronomy, their trips are highly caloric, but are very well compensated with a traveling intensity that leads them to return fitter than they left. Their trips require, at least, walking 25 km, making at least 5 stops to taste local dishes and beers, and, at most, resting 8 hours a day. Much of the information they share is not checked with reliable sources. It is even possible that they make something up, because they consider that it is more important to look like you know something, than the knowledge itself. In addition, since 2021, they have launched their own brand of solidarity beers and since 2023 they have opened their own Taprooms, where it is possible to taste their beers.
