Mead is a fermented drink based on water, yeast and honey, with 10 degrees of alcohol. Of amber color and dry flavor, part of the sweetness of the honey having been converted into alcohol, it maintains however the slight spiciness and bitterness of the oak and heather.
El Robledal Mead was awarded a star in the Great Taste Ward of the Fine Foods Guild of London in 2021.
