KAKASHI is one of the most difficult styles to find in the market today as far as IPAs are concerned. We are talking about a RED IPA with a base of crystal red malts that gives it a delicious touch of malt. With 5.8% we are looking for the hops to predominate over the malts that give it a very interesting balance and that combines wonderfully with Citra and Mosaic in Dry Hopping. New collaboration with our dear friends from Zaragoza MONONOKE and Tribute to the award-winning Japanese animated film "The Walking Castle" created by Studio Ghibli.
