This is an aggressive beer. You probably won't like it. It's rather doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate a beer of this quality and depth. We suggest you stick to safer, more familiar territory, perhaps something with a multi-million dollar ad campaign aimed at convincing you that it's brewed at an independent brewery, or one that insinuates that their unflavored soda/carbonated yellow ale/whatever will give you more sex appeal. Maybe you think multi-million dollar ad campaigns make all that crap taste better. Maybe you're articulating your words as you read this.
Founded by Greg Koch and Steve Wagner, we've come a long way since opening in San Diego County in 1996. Today, we are the ninth largest craft brewery in the U.S. and operate two brewing facilities on both coasts, in Escondido, California and Richmond, Virginia. Today, our beer is available in all 50 states and more than 40 different countries. But not only do we brew beer, we are also proud to serve it in our restaurants and bars. In addition, we also operate the largest craft beer distribution business in the U.S. and serve our home region of Southern California.
