ENGLISH BARLEYWINE is a special edition beer, following the recipe of Jorge García Martinez. National Award for the best beer in the general category of the II ACCE Winter Cup, held in Astudillo. VEREDA makes all its beers respecting and promoting its environment; with local raw materials, devotion to the process and tireless struggle for quality and its circumstances. INGREDIENTS: water, barley and oat malts, hops, unrefined cane sugar and yeast.
Vereda makes all its beers with local raw materials, devotion to the process and a tireless fight for quality and its circumstances. The beers are made over direct fire, using wood as the only source of heat. The project would not make sense, far from the town, Ledigos captivates. Vereda is committed to the environment. It uses biomass as a source of heat, takes advantage of natural waste from the production process for animal feed and closes the circle by fertilizing the field for the next harvest.
