Gabino Pérez Marcos, grandfather Gabino, founded Quesos Gabino Pérez and was its first cheese master. A native of Villalonso, he settled in Santa Cristina de Valmadrigal, where he opened the first factory. Over time, family and business grew, moving production to Matallana de Valmadrigal, where today we continue to produce the cheeses that give us our name with his legacy.
