Independent Belgian brewery based in Oostvleteren, Belgium. Founded in 2003 by two friends and a brother-in-law who started brewing beer at home in a barn. Considered not only in Belgium but worldwide one of the best brewers in the world. It is very famous for its Imperial Stout and in particular for its branch of barrel-aged beers. Specifically its Black Damnation project. It brews beers in collaboration with many of the best breweries in the world.
