Cherry CHOUFFE The aroma of Cherry CHOUFFE honors cherries. It also reveals notes of strawberry, almond, spices and sweet port. Round-bodied, smooth and delicate, Cherry CHOUFFE delights gourmets. It has a satisfying finish, with a slight bitterness.
The Achouffe brewery: where it all began The story begins in the late 1970s, in the heart of the Vallée des Fées (Fairy Valley), when two brothers-in-law, Pierre Gobron and Chris Bauweraerts, decided to create their own beer in the garage of Chris' mother-in-law. With what little money they had at the time, they started what brewery fans now call the "CHOUFFE Story". On August 27, 1982, the first 49-liter beer was produced.
