ONLY IPA´S

India Pale Ale (IPA) is a style of beer that emerged in England in the 18th century. At that time neither pasteurization nor refrigeration had been developed, and when beer arrived in the Indies to supply the colonies and their troops, it did not arrive in good conditions for consumption, due to the temperatures and the long journey, and added to the fact that the quality of the water there, the climate and the lack of infrastructure did not allow them to brew it, the need arose for beer to arrive in good conditions for consumption, the climate and the lack of infrastructure did not allow them to brew it, the need arose for the beer to reach the British colonies in better conditions, and to achieve this they added more hops, which is a natural preservative and antioxidant, and increased the amount of alcohol. Thus arose this style called IPA, Indian Pale Ale. All lovers of this style of beer must thank George Hodgson, the English brewer who pioneered its creation.
