Orange in color, very cloudy and with moderate carbonation. Citrus aromas stand out on the nose. In the mouth the protagonist is the grapefruit and some faint notes of peach and mango appear. All balanced on a malty base, not excessively dense but with the silky touch provided by the oats. The final aftertaste can be surprising because, contrary to the drink, it is bitter and long-lasting.
DouGall's is different. They have been brewing the beers they like since 2006 and what they have left over they sell. They pay special attention to the raw material, which they select with care and a totally personal criterion. Their growth has been organic, they ran out of beer and have been investing in equipment to quench the thirst of their consumers. They really enjoy their work, where you can visit them and have a few pints with them.
