WINEMAKING
This tear wine is made from the must drained without pressure from the best grapes of the Prieto Picudo variety. The must thus obtained was fermented at low temperature to preserve the fine aromas of the grapes.
TASTING NOTES
Sight: Attractive raspberry red color.
Nose: Floral notes of rose petals and strawberry jelly beans.
Mouth: Fresh, with notes of strawberry, raspberry and cherry, it has a sweet mouthfeel and good persistence
. Optimal serving temperature: Between 8 and 10 ºC.
