The grape variety used in this wine, unlike other elaborations of the winery, comes from its own controlled vineyards located in Morales de Toro. Cultivation in this locality allows us to take full advantage of the potential offered by its unique climate, giving the wine a unique identity and a fully defined character.
Committed to the land and sustainability, all the winery's vineyards are cultivated organically, seeking to obtain wines of the highest quality with the least possible impact on the environment.
