Maceration for 20 days with very gentle daily pumping over. In search of complexity, a final blend is made by adding a part of aged wine. Very aromatic, its notes of youth, violets, red fruits stand out.
Noelia de Paz - LaOsa Vinos Noelia de Paz, known as LaOsa, is a passionate winemaker originally from the southwest of León. Her career in the world of wine began in 2005, within the family winery. Although she began her journey as a salesperson, she soon became fully involved in all aspects of the winemaking process: from working in the vineyard and harvesting grapes to winemaking. This immersion allowed him to discover his true vocation. In 2015, he decided to take the leap and create his own project: LaOsa Vinos A tribute to his land, his roots and the native varieties that he proudly defends, such as Albarín blanco and Prieto picudo. Her restlessness and desire to continue learning led her to collaborate with key figures in Spanish wine such as Rodrigo Méndez and Raúl Pérez, which expanded her range of wines with Albariño and Mencía, giving rise to a diverse and coherent family that she calls "the Bears". Philosophy LaOsa wines reflect a clear philosophy: respect for nature, authentic character and a strong connection with the land. The bear-inspired names are no coincidence; they represent fundamental values for Noelia: strength, authenticity and link with the environment. Her production is characterized by being small-scale, made with traditional techniques and a deep respect for the identity of each plot. She collaborates with committed winegrowers, who work their vineyards with respect and sensitivity, preserving methods inherited from past generations. The result is wines that are personal, sincere and full of soul. Wines that tell a story: that of their creator, of a rich and diverse land, and of an unwavering commitment to quality and authenticity.
