La Quince collaboration with two wonderful worlds originating from our beloved Euskadi. On the one hand, our friends from the IRUIN Sagardotegia - Sidra Astiazaran Sagardoa cider house who since 1880 have been making one of the most respected and awarded natural ciders in the Basque Country, as well as an amazing natural unfiltered Txakoli. On the other hand, our dear friends from Mala Gissona whose values are reflected in this honest, fearless and down to earth beer. Together we joined forces for this incredible project.
IMPERIAL GOSE in which we increased the % of Txakoli hondarribi zuri grape must to 30% plus salt from Añana (Vitoria) and Cascade hops from Queen Country Hops (Olite). mind blowing! A super wide beer with aromatic nuances in which the grape notes combine perfectly with the acidity and salinity typical of this style.
