INGREDIENTS Suckling lamb shoulder, olive oil, salt, spices (oregano and basil). Cooked under vacuum we respect all the flavor and qualities of the meat and allows us to enjoy this shoulder of lamb at the mostximo.Disponemos of a high quality raw material prepared under vacuum, which retains all the nutrients and maximum juiciness.lamb shoulder is a product "Tierra de Sabor" of the highest quality cooked under vacuum in its own juice. It is a cooked product with a shelf life of 3 months and must be refrigerated until consumption between 1º and 8º.
PREPARATION: Put the shoulder in the microwave inside the bag for 2 minutes at maximum power, or let it warm up until the juice is liquid. Cut the bag and separate the juice (pour into a saucepan). Put the shoulder in the oven tray. It is advisable to place the piece on the rack and the tray underneath. Place in a preheated oven at 250ºC for 10-12 minutes. Heat the juice that we have reserved to accompany the shoulder. Serve with garnish to taste
