LA ARTESA 5th RANGE - CHICKEN'S LEG - Heat and ready 550gr.
Ready to taste after a short toasting in the oven (15 minutes).
Leg of lamb from the Artesa Selection, vacuum packed and cooked with olive oil and natural spices.
Instructions: Introduce the leg in the microwave inside the bag for 2 minutes at maximum power, or let it temper until the juice is liquid. Cut the bag and separate the juice (pour into a saucepan). We put the leg in the oven tray (convenient to put the rack and the tray underneath). Introduce in the oven preheated to 250º for 10-12 minutes- Heat the juice that we have reserved to accompany the leg. Serve with garnish to taste.
