For this, our Master Distiller, Enrique Lozano, has met in secret with the winemaker Raúl Pérez, as it was clear to him that the base of the vermouth had to be a careful selection from his excellent cellar.
After 10 years of clandestine distillation, BUNKER DISTILLERY was born. An artisanal distillery located in León that emerged from the passion of two madmen, María and Enrique, who left their lives in Madrid to return to their hometown and revolutionize the world of distillates.
