The brand was born in the summer of 2022 in the traditional neighborhood of Lavapiés, in Madrid, when its founders decided that the time had come to brew their own beer. With the clear idea of creating beers with a moderate alcohol content and very easy to drink, they started a production that, in just two years, grew to the point that they found themselves surrounded by fermenters.
