What better way to celebrate a successful climb than to crack open a beer and enjoy the view. This Wheat IPA is the perfect recipe to take to the top of the mountain in a backpack! Refreshing and very aromatic, it has beautiful fruity notes and a nice bitterness!! A great high altitude beer!
In 2015, when Quentin, Kevin and Sébastien created O'clock Brewing, the idea was clear: surf on the different styles of beer and offer authentic products, rich in aroma and character. Now, while more than 140 recipes have come out of the brewery's vats, the original idea is still there. Thus, the team, which now consists of 8 people, now offers a very varied range of beer while keeping a model strong in character and aroma. So many recipes that we love to offer at many events in bars or at festivals dedicated to beer.
