It is best to combine it with a winter campfire and shelter under the night sky. Don't skimp on the gloves. We're in the Rocky Mountains, you know?
YETI IMPERIAL STOUT is an avalanche of senses. It starts with a big roasted malt flavor that gives way to rich caramel and toffee notes. YETI gets its bold hop character from a huge amount of American hops. Weighs in at a hefty 75 IBU.
In the late 1980s, Brian Dunn spent five years overseas building farms in developing countries, cultivating his passion for beer. Upon returning to Colorado, he began homebrewing and pursued graduate studies. In 1993, in a nascent Denver brewing scene, he embarked on founding what would become one of America's most acclaimed craft breweries. From a marketing study and business plan, he seized an opportunity in Denver's emerging Ballpark neighborhood with the goal of brewing distinctive, well-balanced beers. With financial support from family, friends and a loan from the City of Denver, his dream of brewing commercial beer became a reality in 1994.
