Schwarzbier, which means "black beer" in German, is a dark lager known for its smooth roasted malt flavors. Despite its dark appearance, it has a surprisingly light body, moderate alcohol content and low bitterness. The flavor often includes notes of chocolate, coffee and sometimes caramel, without the strong sweetness found in stouts or porters. Originating in Germany, this beer is typically clean, crisp and slightly dry on the finish, making it quite drinkable despite its darker hue.
It is a craft brewery located in the heart of the agricultural region of Murcia, dedicated to the production and marketing of its brand since 2009. Currently, they offer direct distribution and an online store, as well as a Tap Room Bar on their premises with 15 taps serving their own freshly brewed beers.
