Tres Mares is a roller coaster of flavors. The combination of malts gives this roasted beer aromas of licorice, toffee and subtle smoky touches. On the palate we perceive nuances of cookie, chocolate and nuts. A few seconds later, when it seems that everything is over, the hops appear to give us a dry, bitter and very pleasant finish.
DouGall's is different. They have been brewing the beers they like since 2006 and what they have left over they sell. They pay special attention to the raw material, which they select with care and a totally personal criterion. Their growth has been organic, they ran out of beer and have been investing in equipment to quench the thirst of their consumers. They really enjoy their work, where you can visit them and have a few pints with them.
