META POCIONES After wandering around Gora Craft Beer as a nomadic brewer, we decided to build on the tests done in the garage. Using seasonal fruit, working different fermented juices and performing mixed and spontaneous fermentations. This is how Meta Pociones was born. "Meta" in Basque refers to the accumulation of hay for the animals in winter. This system of exploitation is gradually disappearing, in the form of farm beers. "Edabeak" in Basque is called medicine made for drinking and refers to the ciders we will brew, fermented juices, honeys, homemade soft drinks, etc.
