The history dates back to 1922, when our grandmother started making black pudding in a small grocery store, serving a modest clientele. Over time, the business passed into the hands of her daughter, and demand grew, leading us to acquire manual sausage stuffers and machines to mince the fat. With the emergence of the third generation, demand multiplied, and the demands of the market motivated us to build the current factory in Sahelices de Sabero. Although with new resources and greater facilities, they remain faithful to the same ingredients and processes as a century ago.
