Los Payuelos is a family-run artisan cheese factory in Saelices del Payuelo (León). With a limited production they elaborate their cheeses in an artisan way, with milk from our own flock of sheep that is fed only with pastures of the region of Los Payuelos that they themselves produce. Their master cheesemaker elaborates the recipe with natural ferments and curds that provide the nuances for which their cheeses are so appreciated.
