Beer of difficult classification and description. It is a blend between a spicy Blonden Os (Belgian blonde) with an alcohol content of 6.5% and a young lambic from the Timmermans brewery, specifically a lambic with fruity and citric touches that harmonize perfectly with the slightly spicy character of the Blonden Os. The result is a fresh, tart, sweet and spicy beer with hints of orange, pepper and chestnut."
