LAGER – PALE LAGER

This beer originated in 19th century Germany when the famous brewmaster Gabriel Sedlmayr adopted some of the brewing methods learned during his travels in Europe, especially those used to produce English pale ales, to apply bottom-fermenting yeasts and lagering techniques, and popularize this style among beer lovers in Bavaria. PALE LAGERs tend to be dry, light, clean-tasting and with a sour finish. Flavors can be subtle, with no one traditional beer ingredient dominating the others. The nature of the hops (flavor, aroma and bitterness) varies from negligible to a dry noble hop bitterness
